We started with the warmup and then we split into two groups. One group made the horizontal jump and the other group a test consisting of changing the cones in the shortest possible time.
Wednesday 4 October 2017.
At the end of the warmup we divided into groups of 4 or 5 and consisted of a circuit of physical activities. Then we got in pairs and stretched our muscles.
